Techniques Archtecture

Located in a new residential building complex in a very dense urban area of downtown Athens, the loft apartment overlooks spectacular views of the Acropolis, but also the highway. The whole building has a raw, modern approach, with simple volumes, exposed concrete and metal details.

The interior design highlights an innovative blend of modern aesthetics and urban functionality. The open-plan living area is framed by sleek lines and large windows that invite natural light, enhancing the spacious feel while offering great view of the city. With carefully selected furnishings, from the deep blue sectional to minimalist lighting, the interior strikes a perfect balance between comfort and sophistication, in order to detach from the tension of the city.

The staircase to the upper level, is a black metal sheet that folds and hangs from the ceiling. The use of metal is also chosen for the small loft that connects the bedrooms with the front balcony.
The upper mezzanine workspace is designed with productivity in mind, featuring clean lines and floor-to-ceiling windows that keep you connected to the vibrant cityscape.

Whether it’s relaxing in the living room or working with a view, every detail has been crafted to elevate the living experience.
